• Decorative background animations are disabled when the user enables the "reduce motion" system setting

Partial Compliance — Noted Exceptions

The following elements have partial accessibility limitations. They are noted here for full transparency:

• Decorative background videos (conference footage, simulation clips) do not include captions
• Interview, podcast and lecture videos (played on request) have no caption track; their original audio is in Hebrew and each is summarized in text beside the player
• Some animated text transitions (hero section) do not have screen-reader equivalents — the static text is always present in the DOM
• The ISTRC 2026 conference poster is presented as an image; its full text content is not separately available as an accessible text transcript
